Shipping Policy

All orders will be routed through TCS, Leopards, Call Courier and many others courier services. All our clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call ,SMS or email from our Customer Service to confirm the order. . Once the order is verified, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days.

We have open box before the payment policy. If you want to see your order before payment please write us this while placing your order.

Exchange and Refund

We have a 7 days no question exchange policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you want to exchange your product, you can contact us at via email and can send the product to our physical location. For return shipping has to be paid by the customer.

After recieving your product, our team will insepect the condition of product and after taht we will generate a cupon code for the same price of your product. That coupon will be valid for upto 30 days.

You can use that coupon code for your next purchase. In case when we will be sending the product against any coupon code, customer have to pay the deilvery fee of that time.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a cash refund policy right now.

Sale Items

Sales items are also exchangeable with the above mentioned conditions.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not covered in exchange. In case of exchange you have to pay for the shipping cost as well.
